Baby It's Cold Outside

Let's face it, we're pretty boring. We haven't been up to much. It snowed. I really dislike winter. Trey loves it. Jeremy loves it. Halo loves it. They can all play together because I'm not going out there to freeze my butt off just to make one little snowman that would require lot's of snow-packing, rolling, and lifting. And who's going to have to do all that?? Ya, thank goodness I married someone who would rather spend his time soaking his frost bitten toes from being outside too long, then sitting inside by the fire watching Kourtney and Khloe.

My talented friend Bethany did our family pics. They turned out fabulous! Here's a little preview:

Halloween 2010

Jeremy thought it would be a good idea to rake all the leaves and then throw the kids in. It was even funnier because the pile was so big that they would sink right to the bottom. Then Halo would get all worried and jump in to find them. Glad to know that our dog is actually useful. (I was starting to wonder since she can't catch one stinkin mouse!)

Visiting Grandpa Brad at work. FYI: A knight costume is a pain in the @*#! He hated it! I had to carry around everything because all the pieces were bugging him. That is why in all pics he is just wearing the breast plate.

Ward Party:

My hot husband turned the big 32:

Visiting Great Grandma Chambers:

This is the view I got to look at all the way down the canyon the other day. I was dry heaving the whole way:

A Stripper, a Wedding, and a few Cats!

On the 30th we flew out to Michigan where my little brother is living and we watched him and Kelsey get hitched. It was so fun! And the dancing was funner! Thanks to my in-laws for watching the kiddos!

That is my Dad in a line dance.

Heidi. We are pretty sure she has been a stripper at one point in her life.

Me and Mary with our sweaters over our dresses. Everyone knew who Shane's "mormon sisters" were..HOLLA!!

And on the 16th they came to Ut for another reception

Avery turned 2 on the 17th. She had 2 parties. And got spoiled. Both my sister and sis in law gave her a moving cat that purrs and meow's and they follow us everywhere. (almost crapped my pants when one of them decided to meow in the middle of the night. She shares a room with us. That was the last time she slept with them)
A few things about Ave: She LOVES cats! She weighs about 29 pounds. She can count to 3. She can put her shoes on. She loves to watch movies and is loving Tinkerbell right now. She is a Tomboy BIG time! She LOVES bugs, all kinds. She has been stung by 7 bees this year. (at her own fault) She is fearless. She is bossy. (I'm pretty sure her attitude will be the death of me) She follows Trey around EVERYWHERE.(he hates it) And She is almost fully potty trained. Happy Birthday Ave!

October Begins!

I'm not sure if I've mentioned this or not but October is my FAVORITE!! I love that the air is crisp, I get to wear hoodies, and it smells fantastic outside! I will probably update alot this month.

Picking out pumpkins.

She was staring at some cats, and I don't think they were nice thoughts.

Painting.

Gutting.

Final result.

She seriously is going to be the crazy cat lady.

And I have a little surprise...

...I cut off all my hair! No I'm not prego. Sorry to disappoint all those people who asked...(Shayne)

Cow Pie

I have a lot to post about but I'm going to break it up so it's not one giant post with never ending pictures. A few wks ago we had the annual 'cow day'. Round up the cows, brand them, castrate them, give them meds...it's a lovely site and we always look forward to it.

There's always one hooker to every farm...she's ours.

October is my favorite month! Stay tuned for lots of happenings...and maybe a surprise.

Leaving The Nest

Trey went back to Miss Bambi's Preschool last week. He had such a good time last year that he couldn't sleep the night before because he was so excited. He is full of stories the minute I pick him up about all the things that he did. I can't believe how grown up he is this year. Last year I had to walk him into the class and help him settle in the first few weeks because he was nervous and shy. Not this year. He hopped out the car and ran in. I had to hurry and grab him just to get a picture. We are so proud of you Trey!

Trey and Taytem. He loves having his cousin at school with him.

We went camping over Labor Day. Of coarse what would be camping if we didn't catch snakes?! Seriously, this girl was in heaven!

And of coarse she had to love it...and kiss it. (I may or may not have wet myself when she did that)

I think total they had like 15 snakes, and 12 frogs.

These two are trouble. They have a love/hate relationship with eachother.

The first day Jeremy was golfing in the morning so I had the kids. Of coarse Trey decided he was going to catch a snake for his Dad. And of coarse he had to find the first one on the day Jeremy wasn't there to help him grab it. Who was there?? Oh yes, me! So I grabbed the little sucker and wet myself the whole time I was running to find a bucket of some sort. Trey thought I was pretty cool. I hope he didn't hear me drop a few f-bombs while I was running with it ;) This is me with my awesome catch. (ok, I know he's a tiny one but come on, a snake is a snake no matter what the size)

We had a great time. The kids had so much fun. Can't wait for fall though!!

Ok, and on a different note, does anyone think this is the scariest Mcdonald's toy ever??!! I mean seriously, what the crap is it?
